  My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Sun Suites. It has to be the best value in the area. Our room had a kitchen and was really clean. We walked to a nearby shopping plaza to get food and all which made it very convenient for us. Helped us save money since we could use the refrigerator and all that was in our room. The front desk staff was very helpful to us, they made us feel right at home. We will be back.

  Hotel was perfect for us. We loved the big refrigerator and microwave in our kitchen. Our room was super clean and the staff was really friendly. We will stay at Sun Suites again next time in Jacksonville.

  This place is a dump. smelly room. filthy tub. roaches. not fit for families. on the other hand, free wireless internet and hbo.

  Nothing fancy but the hotel was great. My room was clean and well prepared. The kitchen was perfect for me--the full size refrigerator was great. The staff was very friendly and went out of there way to ensure my stay was perfect. I would recommend Sun Suites to anyone. And, the price was great!

  I first stayed in a room that smelled musty, moldy and like urine. Only 2 dryers in the laundromat worked. This is definitely a low rent establishment that provides no housekeeping for extended stay guests. The clientele seems to be a lot of folks on public assistance between housing assignments. No amenities to speak of. Towels, beds, tv, everything - cheap, cheap, cheap.
