08/21/2009This hotel was great, except for the fire alarm someone set off in the middle of the night. i would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through arkansas.

I did not like the hotel in which i stayed!!!!! I checked into the hotel that morning the room she assigned me to was still dirty from the last guest. I had to go back down to get a clean room there were no clean king sizes available so i had to take a double. The phones didn't work the tv didn't work maintance came in fixed the tv changed the phone out the phone still didn't work. I had to go down and ask for face towels there were only two beach towels in the room so I had to shower with a beach towel. The front desk clerk told me that they were being washed and that the mgr was monitoring house-keeping with the towels and thats why they didn't have any towels on there cart in the hallway. The clerk said that she would send up towels around 12p.m.. At 3p.m. I called from my cell phone to request towels I was told someone will bring them up right away. I called back at 5 to inform the front desk that I still hadn't received any towels. The yougart that was being served at breakfast was dated 03/08. The security gate to the garage was not being used some guy was ducking in a car in the garage i saw him it look like he was stealing the radio. I backed out and went to a different floor i informed the front desk when i went in so she could call security she never did. I checked out that same day went to my business meeting and drove home tired and upset with my visit.

The room was clean and at a good rate. But what was best about the stay was their free shuttle service. They have vans that will take customers anywhere within a 2 mile radius pretty much from 5 A.M. - 11 P.M. This was perfect for me because the conference I was staying at was about a mile away. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

The hotel was under construction, that was understandable. We could not find an accesable door to get in with all our luguage and toddler until we came around to the front. The first room they gave us on the 7th floor had not been cleaned since the previous visitors. I was told to come get another key and was joked with that dirty rooms cost extra, no appolgy. The other room we got was kind of gross for what I expected. No thanks, what a waste of money.

The last hotel I stayed at in Little Rock was pretty small and more expensive. I enjoyed this hotel because it was in a great area and the rooms were much bigger. I even saved about $20.
