    A group of 8 people stay at this hotel on a convention that was in town for 4 days. We had such a bad experience at this hotel . The beds looked as if they had been sleep on and not strengthen. The front desk staff and maid service was not so good. The staff seemed as if they had not been properly trained as to how to handle the guest they were not good with handle problems. The maid staff did not put enough towels in the room. When we called the front desk and asked for clean towels we were told to bring the dirty towels down to receive cleans ones. The breakfast bar staff person was rude. The food was left out from day to day never put away. This was the worst hotel experience we had every experience as a group. I will never stay at this hotel again neither will the others that were in our group. When asked about the owner of the hotel we were given false information. This is not any way to run a business. The maid service makes out their own schedules and our rooms did not get made one day. However, when we called the front desk the desk clerk were with her responds. The owner of this hotel will lose money if he does not get his staff properly trained. The hotel needs some major renovation done.

The front desk staff and maid service was ghetto. The staff seemed as if they had not been properly trained as to how to handle the guest they were ghetto with handle problems. The breakfast bar had large bugs crawling around in the breakfast bar. The breakfast bar staff person was rude. The food was left out from day to day never put away. This was the worst hotel experience we had every experience as a group. I will never stay at this hotel again neither will the others that were in our group.     upon checkin in the front desk staff was friendly but the beds are hard and stiff, and house-keeping never cleaned our rooms, the pool was never filled an the lights on the lamps blew out as well as other guest camping out in the parking lot as if they were tailgating, definetly not returning

    We weren't expecting the great service or appearance of this hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. i would not only stay there again but recommend it to others.

    Very close to interstate, which means easy access but noisy at night. New paint on the walls but filthy upholstered chairs and carpet. Dirty bathroom grout. Sliding glass doors on ground floor gave me a sense of insecurity. Comfy, clean beds and sheets, though. Easy parking. Next to an Applebee's with great food and very good service. Free breakfast in hotel was nothing much, really. No waffles. TV broken. Friendly office guy, no problems with reservation. Two exits from Mercer University, a 10 minute drive.
