booked online made a reservation win we arrived down there they had our resevation but they didnt even know that i wanted two nights or what kind of oom i wanted. online i saw pictures of a kichette in the room booked that room got there and was told that they dont have rooms like that. i really only booked it because it had a pool got there and was told tha the pool was under inspection and wouldnt b ready for two weeks also when we got in the room there was no fridge and no microwave we went to get ice and the ice machine was broken. later that night there was loud music and people talkin really loud at 2 in the mornion. i wount expecting that at all

This is the second time Ive stayed at this hotel. First time wasnt that bad with the exception of toliet very loose in floor. This time. I went for 2 days. Hotel ice maker not working and pool not open in July. No trash can in room. No fresh towels had 2 towels in 2 days. No remote for tv asked for one and they didnt have one. Late checkout was 11.30am. Call front desk and requested a wake up at 11 so I wouldnt over sleep. Never got a call to wake up and had very rude person knocking on my door at 11.36am telling me I had 15 minutes to leave. Needless to say I was very irate before I left. Male house cleaner doubles as security. Never again will I stay at this hotel. This place doesnt care they just want $. $**for 2 nights stay is fine if u are on a budget but this is my last stay. Very rude owners.

I've been the unfortunate guest at several Knights Inn locations on the East coast and they have all been consistantly downright down and dirty. The staff is unconditionally rude. The decor alone is but a Knightmare in itself...crushed velvet, red toilet fixtures and claustraphobic low ceilings with fake beams. In comparrison to Knight and Day, I will unquestionably pick Day over Knight.

This is hotel is absolutely disgusting! The front desk is rude and very unkind. We got to our room only to find that there was a gap between the door and the door jam, mold in the tub, spots on the sheets and roach poop in the drawers. When we notified the staff, they just looked at us like we were stupid. Tried to get another room and they wouldnt give us one. Would rather sleep on a bench then ever stay at this place again!
