  Very nice hotel, just updated w/ new carpet, bedding, tile and entry way. Very nice to stay, large rooms and great help at the front, Wish the excersize machines were installed, but they promised it would be there when I returned.

  Management there was horrible. They wanted to tell us where to walk our dogs although we had our own bags to pick up, they didnt have the fitness center nor the computer access they advertised. The manager was always following you and when we had a do not disturb sign on our door they proceeded to knock and wanted to enter anyway without our permission. We have never felt so unwelcome at a hotel ever. I recommend you go elsewhere if you want to enjoy your visit.

  It was one dissapointment after another. Room seemed nice at first but after a closer look it appeared that the room had not been cleaned from the last customer. The biggest disapointment to my family was the supposably heated pool. I told the clerk on check in that my family was looking forward to the pool, and he forgot to mention that the heated part was broken. Pool could not be used as the water temp was around 50 deg. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel. Spend the extra!!! You get what you pay for, and this hotel proved it.

  Pool was COLD, dirty and basically a brown stain of grime covered every surface you might touch. There are only hair dryers in the business suites, so check out your room type and pack one! Routinely had to wait 5-6 people deep to make a waffle for breakfast. If you want waffles, plan 20 minutes just to stand in line.
