  Property was dirty for a Country Inn and Suites. Our room wasn't a suite nor the number of beds requested. Customer service on check-in was not too sympathetic nor helpful. In the morning, the breakfast room had no decaf coffee, so I went to make it in the room and found the coffee pot in the room had old coffee in it and mold on top. A new desk clerk was horrified and called the manager to give us a credit on the room, which we appreciated. Overall, this is property that needs some attention.

  We stayed here for 5 nights during the scca national championships. beware, the maid went through my suite case and stole a bottle of chanel coco mademoiselle from the bathroom. ...

  We stayed here for 5 nights during the SCCA National Championships. Beware, the maid went through my suite case and stole a bottle of CHANEL COCO MADEMOISELLE from the bathroom. My husband reported this immediatly but it was brushed under the rug so to speak. I called the corporate office when I got home. The only thing they could possibly do was to give me a 3 gift certificates for $25.00 each to stay at their hotel again, this is to compensate me for the $ 120.00 bottle of perfume that was taken. Like I would stay here again. Once is enough for me. We travel all over the world and I have never had such disregard for customer service than the Country Inn and Suites in Topeka, Kansas.
