  This chain of hotels has always been wonderful. staff are very courteous and helpful. breakfast, which is free, is good. high quality hotel chain.

• Dropped the ball...again and again

  Initially i chose this hotel because they offered shuttle for late flights (1 am) but i called and they didn't bother to tell me that the"headlights were broke". ...

  Initially I chose this Hotel because they offered shuttle for late flights (1 AM) but I called and they didn't bother to tell me that the"headlights were broke". So after a wait late into the night I went ahead and got my car rental. When I finally got there the sheets in my room were on sideways and I had to remake the bed!! Then to top it all off they double charged me. I finally got a refund but it was alot of phone time. The pool was full of wood chips from the landscaping. Just crazy stuff.
