Our room was clean and the service was great. How much do you stay in the room, it served it purpose. It appears that they do have people living there. If that is the case, they should put them on the 3rd floor and leave the lower levels for guests. conveniently located with easy access to the frwy. Was ideal for us close to restaurants and stores. I would stay again. Would like to have had a pool and jacuzzi, we were doing work on a house so we could have used that. But, we knew they didn't offer that. It all worked out.

My room had little bugs crawling all over. I was by a side entrance door which never worked correctly during my entire stay. People were attempting to fix the door since it was giving off a loud clicking noise. The 3rd floors is scary and I would suggest not goin too... Majority of the hotel was full of ""Residents"" and NOT ""Travelers"". I know this for a fact since there was a boat that has been sitting in the same spot for a while with a flat tire and a nasty travel trailer that has also been sitting for a while. I was in Houston for Business and NEVER again will I stay here. The kitchen is a joke and the hotel has a bit of a wierd smell....so if you can get over staying with people who actually live in the hotel and the smell and noise and bugs and people hanging out windows and torn/falling screens then this is the place for you....GOOD LUCK!

I got what I paid for. Things were adequate for me as I do a lot of Third World travelling and can stand imperfections. I would not take my wife there though. The musty smell would drive her away.

The room was clean and had everything you could want in a suite. Hotel staff was curtious on check-in and check-out. Great location in Houston with numerous restaurants and stores within minutes. Would stay again.

The hotel was perfect for us. The room was super clean and the full kitchen was just what we needed in a hotel room. Also looked like the hotel was just refurbished...our room had brand new carpet and everything looked brand new and smelled fresh! I would rate Crestwood a 10+. We loved it!
