Did not book through Travelocity and found rates to be much cheaper than advertised by booking agents. About half. Clean, comfortable, and very convienant to attractions we wanted to see. Unless proven otherwise will never book through agent again Will book direct.

We stayed here for 10 nights while I was competing in bike races at the Olympic velodrome. Ignore the negative reviews - nit pickers. We were quite satisfied with our stay. Friendly and helpful staff, nice room, excellent value, convenient location. Would certainly stay here again. Nice biking/walking path right behind residence.

The room smelled like smoke, even though we booked a non-smoking room. This is more of a long-stay facility than hotel. We were glad we were only there for about 14 hours. There was a kitchenette in the room, 2 queen beds, and the room was spacious. Just not very clean and smelled bad.

This hotel was dirty and the staff was not helpful. We have 3 small children ages 5, 2 1/2 and 15 months and we picked this hotel because it advertised as always friendly and always clean. Which we found neither of those statements to be true. The staff members were not interested in making patrons feel welcome or at the very least safe. When we asked for a new room the manager (Deanna Hall) kicked me out of the hotel!!!! She yelled and cussed at me!!! We called their corporate office, which didn't seem to care. The whole scene was captured on the hotels surveillance tape and for the hotels sake and future patrons I hope the corporate office reviews it and takes SWIFT action. Because her behavior was COMPLETELY inappropriate and unnecessary!! Then we called travel online and they after about 2 hours on the phone found us a new hotel (America's Best Value Inn & Suites on Garden of the Gods Road). America's best value was clean and friendly!! I highly recommend them over the crestwood franchise any day. At least our vacation wasn't completely ruined, but it definitely wasted a whole day dealing with the mess and switching hotels!!! I hope our experience helps you make an informed decision! :)
