  I spent 4 nights here over the holidays. The staff was extremelyfriendly, the room was clean and spacious, easy parking, etc. The one complaint is just how thin the walls were. The couple next door had a baby and at night we could hear it crying as well as their conversations as if they were in the same room with us. It disrupted our sleep a few times. Otherwise, a good place to stay at a very reasonable price.

  I was really pleased with our 4 night stay here. The staff is all really nice and they attended to our few needs easily and quickly. The rooms and building are very quiet, and I'd asked for a room near an exit and they were totally accommodating to that request, as well as allowing me to check in a couple hours early, and an hour late. The rooms have some silverware, plates, bowls and a pot & colander for making some pasta, so I couldn't expect more than that in regards to the efficiency kitchen. They are also pet friendly, so it was nice to see all the long-stayers each evening walk their dogs. Though not a walkers paradise, there are actually nice facilities nearby (just across the street) for a good workout (if you wanted something more than just the stationary bikes), Ice Skating, and Tennis courts, though you do have to cross Maitland Dr. to get there which can be done without a car, but isn't fun. Its in the same complex that is the home of the Orlando Magic, but I think its just offices there. The Gym is not linked to the hotel at all, and daily passes are $30, but I'm guessing you could work something out with the tennis guy to hit on the courts if they aren't being used.

  Very happy with Extended Stay Deluxe. The room was very clean and spacious, bed very comfortable, large bathroom. I felt very safe staying here. I would highly recommend it for business travel as well as traveling for pleasure.

  This is my second time been to Orlanda and first time at Mailland. I am extremely impress with the staffs courtesy especially the Front Desk. X, Y and Z, you have been very accommating and very wonderful during my stay. This is the place I will be stay next time I am here.
