We truly enjoyed our stay here. The front desk was outstanding and the location was great. It's only about a 4 block walk to the historic district. I would recommend this place to anyone. They even served eggs with breakfast which also included sausage, waffles, pastries, cereals, fruit, and lots else. They have happy hour with free beer and wine from 5-7. The only thing negative is the pool is small but it served our purpose. The housing project across the street did not bother us at all. It was very quiet and also very clean and well maintained. You rarely saw anyone who lived there.

Our Coffemaker was not working, but I called the front desk and the girl (Sarah) at the desk did her best to find us one. Even though one was not available, she made a hole pot down by their lounge so that I could have some.....Staff was very nice and the hotel was in a great location.

We stayed at this hotel because of our past experiences with Comfort Suites. Although there were 20' ceilings, the floor space was quite cramped. We were traveling with two small children, and when the sofa bed was folded out, we had trouble fitting our luggage in the room since we had to relocate the coffee table and desk chair. Moving these items took up all the available spots for putting luggage. This hotel is also advertised as being in the historic district, but is really a few blocks away. Not a real big deal, but again when traveling with small children we had hoped for something very convenient for frequent trips back to the room during our stay. Overall, the hotel was adequate but not quite up to the normal Comfort Suites standards.....we would not stay here again.

The room was spacious and the 20ft ceilings made us feel as though we were the only people in the hotel. I did not see any other guests in the hotel during our stay. My husband accompanied me along with our dog and we all had a good experience. The staff was helpful but not overly friendly. The room was clean and I slept well in the double bed. My husband however thought the bed was too soft. Another surprise was the sofa and coffee table in the living area of the suite. I did not expect to see so much room in the living area because the description on the website did not mention it. Overall a great hotel for the money in a convenient area of town.
