I would not recommed this hotel to anyone. The service, the attendants and the room were all awful. I am very displeased. I wish I could get a refund. One night there is one too many.

This has been by far the worst hotel I have ever been. The front desk needs real customer service representatives for their business, they were not friendly at all. Our air conditioner didn't work properly-we had to reset it every half hour, our room door top lock didn't work and all of the windows were unlocked or opened and we were on the first floor! There were lots of young people just hanging in the lobby and outside of the building, sitting around drinking and using all kinds of profanity. This is not a hotel I would suggest to anyone.

The property is nothing like the picture on the website. The rooms are cheaply done. Walls and ceilings must have no insulation because sounds from rooms next door and rooms above were VERY loud. The furniture in the rooms is cheap and worn out. Sheets on the beds were clean, but scratchy. The beds were lumpy. The commode was low to the floor. It seemed to be the least expensive one they could have used. The tub was stained. I believe the workers try to keep the rooms clean, but they have an inferrior property to work with. It was NOT worth the price we paid. It is not even worth the price they have listed on your website. We had 2 rooms. We will not be staying there again.

Do not stay here. We stayed in this hotel because it was the only hotel available during an LSU game weekend. The hotel is in extremely poor condition. The beds were terrible and the furniture was in poor condition. The hotel seemed very dirty. The hotel is not sound proof so you can here your fellow guests conversation, taking a shower, walking around, etc. Save your money and stay at another hotel. I would never stay here again even it's the only hotel available. I can't believe the travel agency would even recommend this hotel on it's website.

Hotel in general had an odor and was in poor condition. We walked in our room and were greeted with dryer sheets waving at us from the vents of the air conditioner; did not cover up the odor; windows would not stay open. Room overall was in dire need of repair and upkeep, sofa sleeper had large stains, spaghetti sauce vs body fluids? Mold in shower, vinyl flooring in kitchenette was ripped up and largely damaged. Bedding was old and had a crusty texture, pillows very flat. Overall very poor choice. We spent the night as we had arrived very late, but checked out asap in the am. We slept in our clothes and did not let any of our belongings touch the floor. Front desk was friendly.
