We stayed here one night needing a good night sleep to get up and travel to Knoxville, TN the next day. A team arrived around 10:00 and the first time I heard them in the hall I thought someone was being assaulted. The screams caused both of my children to start crying. The front desk said they would fine the coach. Well this didn't help us get a good night sleep. The coach wasn't even on the same floor. They ran up and down the halls, banged on the walls, screamed at each other and it sounded like they were jumping on the beds. The hotel staff did NOTHING. The last time I heard them was around 3:30 in the morning. If you want a good night sleep do not stay here because they will not do anything about routy guest. This started off a 10 day trip with us being very tired. I will never stay here again. Also the exit to the hotel is closed at this time and getting to the hotel is not easy.

This hotel was good for a one night travel hotel. It wasn't very clean in our room. There was stuff splattered on the walls and down the front of the counter. Beds were comfortable and airport access is phenominal. Easy to find.

The location is VERY close to the airport, the shuttle service was excellent - on demand meant exactly that for us - no waiting at all. Unfortunately the proximity to the airport meant it was a cab ride to anything else. The food was terrible. The most overpriced and lousy pizza I have ever had. The breakfast was not good, all the hot food was empty the whole time we were down for breakfast both days, so could only have the small selection of so-so pastries. Did I mention the cockroach in the water jug?? Our room was excellent, very clean and quiet. If you want somewhere close to the airport, but don't plan on eating anything, I'd recommend it!

If you're looking for a hotel that's a stone's throw away from the airport, then this is definitely the place. The rooms were very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the free shuttle was wonderful as it drove us to the airport in a matter of 5 minutes! Great location and very friendly staff!
