I called early in the afternoon to say I'd be late, and they said fine. When I arrived at l0:30 PM I was sent to an unclean room with wet towels on the sofa, then a room with all the furniture piled on the bed. The desk clerk then took me to a third room which was clean, but very small and very hot. It took until 2 am to get it cool enough to sleep. I realize that on the date I stayed there Atlanta had flooding and some housekeepers may not have come to work. But they still should have known which rooms were clean and which weren't, and should have had a clean, cool room waiting for me. I was in Atlanta for a funeral and this experience didn't make my time any cheerier. I will not stay here again.

Pros: Nice sized room with kitchette; friendly staff, great location for my purposes, one of the best irons I've ever used! Cons: The front desk closes at 11pm to 7am!!!! No staff is available to help you! I had to leave my training at a nearby hospital and return to hotel to check out! The sheets were stained and had someone else's hair on them - Ugh! I slept in my clothes. Towels were really, really rough - need fabric softener!!!

Good: Great upscale location- minutes from restaurants, shopping, and a nice mall, short drive to downtown Atlanta. The price was competative, clean hotel and room, nice to have a kitchen, staff was very polite, adequate breakfast in the mornings, pet friendly. Bad: Musty smell in room, clicking A/C, no batteries in television remote, very firm bed, there was no 24/7 coffee bar which was advertised. After discovering that the toilet was clogged from the previous occupants, I was given a plunger and towels to fix the problem myself.

I enjoyed the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Fair wireless internet.You need to be aware that although there is an in-room coffee maker, they only supply one day's worth of coffee. Bagels only for the provided breakfast. Bring your own shampoo and soap. Good fridge, stove and microwave, nearby grocery store.I'd go back, for sure.
