The hotel staff were outstanding. The front desk, restaurant and housekeeping personnel were wonderful - every one of them was always smiling and constantly asking if there was any thing we wanted or needed. At our late arrival there were free hot loaded baked potatoes in the dining area. The hot breakfast was complete with meat, eggs, grits, potatoes, waffles, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, milk and many other items. And, although the hotel is undergoing renovations, the hotel, rooms, pool and exercise room were spotless. Renovation construction was only done during the day and the beds were so comfortable and the hotel so quiet at night that we slept llike logs . This is THE PLACE to stay when you're in the Shreveport-Bossier area!
