  We paid $300/night and it wasn't worth it. It's Location,Location,Location, that what you're paying for. There's a good reason why the advertisement photo was taken at night. Place looks like a motel! Rooms are okay. Carpet looks dirty, holes were in the bathroom wall. Instead of the closet wall being finished with drywall, it had bricks painted red. Bathroom light fixture siding had been removed and not replaced. Positives were they had cable, bedding was very nice, with a small little kitchen area. Between 7-10am, they serve continental breakfast with everything being fresh and tasty.

• not very nice, but decent location

  We won't return. reasons: the carpet was trashed, bathtub was pretty stained and gross- it had jets, but we didn't want to sit in it broken jacuzzi, pool ...

  We won't return. Reasons: The carpet was trashed, bathtub was pretty stained and gross- it had jets, but we didn't want to sit in it Broken Jacuzzi, pool area had empty beer cans and pizza boxes left out all morning Saturday- gross, and the hotel exterior looks like a weird dumpy roadside motel- doesn?t fit in downtown Aspen. Good things: front desk staff was nice, nice sheets/bedding. Aspen has a really nice park for kids behind the hotel, and an awesome running/biking trail 2 blocks behind it (Rio Grande Trail, 18+ miles if you go left).
