The hotel was not fancy; but, it was clean. It was nice to have a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and microwave, as well as a two burner stove. If you plan to use the kitchen, remember to bring dish detergent, we were given a packet of detergent that was only enough for one washing. Although they provide bath soap, you will need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, and shower cap. I would recommended this hotel for those who are on a limited budget and don't need recreational facilities; but, WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT - THE HOTEL BILLED OUR CREDIT CARD FOR THE ROOM EVENTHOUGH THEY HAD OUR online travel website CONFIRMATION! I would like to thank the customer service representatives from online travel web site . They took care of contacting the hotel and although we were told it would take 3-5 days for our refund, it was deposited into our bank account within 24 hours.

hotel carpets are very dirty and stained and tv in room is very small. in order to get fresh towels, you have to turn your old ones in at the desk like summer camp. Staff (one person on duty) was very friendly and apologetic. no place for a family AVOID Shame on me for not reading reviews of folks that stayed here before. Their corp headquaters should be ashamed of this location!!!!! This place is a dump.

When I arrived I was told we had two rooms because no room with two beds was available. I requested a non smoking room and was given a room on the 'smoking' floor because no other rooms were available. When we went to the rooms (which were not adjoining) we discovered one of the rooms had two beds in it after all. The Staff were NOT familiar with the rooms available. Also the keys did not work for the doors so we had to go back to the desk for assistance. Though polite and helpful the staff was not of the highest quality nor were they knowlegeable of the area when directions were requested. They did have a list of restaurants and shopping with directions printed for the guests at requests. Upon returning home I had to launder all my clothes (worn or not) due to the extremely strong smell of tobbaco. I would like to give the company another try but I am reticent.

Trash piled up at all entrys, hotel and rooms smelled terrible, A/C didn't work in room, smoke dector was falling off ceiling, no coffee pot or cups, bathroom smelled like urine, phone in room didn't work neither did one on lobby...we left and didn't stay. Staff was less than helpful.

First room was smelled like smoke and was non-smoking, was moved to another room which smelled like mold. Stayed in this room, which was a mistake, the air would not work properly and was constantly dripping, spent the night sweating. It was also very loud, the walls are very thin.
