  My key priority was proximity to my relative's house, and this hotel was easy to navigate to. It is right off of Santa Teresa. The desk staff was friendly and helped me to save a little money. They charge for maid service, but I don't like someone messing with my stuff so that was okay to me. I'm not picky--everything seemed clean, quiet and secure.

  You get what you pay for here. when i got to the room, it was filthy. trash wasn't taken out, "clean" towels had hairs in them, counters were not ...

  You get what you pay for here. When I got to the room, it was filthy. Trash wasn't taken out, "clean" towels had hairs in them, counters were not cleaned, there was fungus on the walls, room smelled aweful, the walls were paper thin and didn't get a good night's sleep the whole week. And to top it off, since I only stayed 5 days, no one cleaned my room the entire time. Only after 7 days they will clean your room or you can pay extra for them to clean earlier. Needless to say, I will steer clear of this chain in the future.

  Avoid at all costs. we were 3 business travelers with non smoking reseravtions. only had 1 non smoking room and told us we were ""only guaranteed a bed"". filthy rooms, ...

  Avoid at all costs. We were 3 business travelers with non smoking reseravtions. Only had 1 non smoking room and told us we were ""only guaranteed a bed"". Filthy rooms, hallways, bags of garbage by elevators. No maid service. Dogs in the hallways. Strong food/chemical odors in hallways. Really disgusting.
