  Room itself was typical Shilo Inn, except tucked between the freeway and an overnight truck stop. Trucks were idling all night and noisy. Beds sagged in the middle and badly needed to be replaced. Plenty of hotels in Boise so will avoid this one in the future.

• WRONG SIZE ROOM

  I booked a room for 3 ,it was to have 1 king bed and one queen bed. i called and added another kid and asked to be by the pool. ...

  I BOOKED A ROOM FOR 3 ,IT WAS TO HAVE 1 KING BED AND ONE QUEEN BED. I CALLED AND ADDED ANOTHER KID AND ASKED TO BE BY THE POOL. WE ENDED UP GETTING THERE LATE RAN OUT WITH KIDS TO SWIM, WENT BACK TO ROOM CHANGED CLOTHES AND FOUND OUT WE GOT A ROOM WITH 2 DOUBLE BEDS. BY THEN IT WAS LATE KIDS WERE CRANKY SO WAS HUSBAND SO WE JUST STAYED IN ROOM. IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BUT OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND KIDS GOT COOKIES AND POPCORN FREE.NEXT TIME I WILL MAKE SURE WE GET BIGGER BEDS.

  Front desk very helpful. room was good size, clean, and well appointted with with not only coffee but cold bottled water.

  FRONT DESK VERY HELPFUL. ROOM WAS GOOD SIZE, CLEAN, AND WELL APPOINTTED WITH WITH NOT ONLY COFFEE BUT COLD BOTTLED WATER.

  I wasn't expecting much from this hotel because I was only stopping through for one night, but it more than exceeded my expectations. There is a restaurant right next door that offers 20% off dinner and free hot breakfast! The lady at the front desk was so nice, she upgraded us to a king size bed with a kitchentte for free just because they had the extra room. Also, they have a nice pool, hottub, sauna, and workout room. At the front desk they give away free popcorn, cookies, hot chocolate, and fruit. We have a great dane and there is no extra pet charge! I would recommend this place to anyone and the next time I am in Boise I'm staying here.

  This motel is too close to a busy freeway exit and they have done nothing to lessen the noise allowed in the room. If your room is on the freeway side, do not plan on sleeping during the night!
