  I know plenty of people that have stayed their, my sister and close friend. I would not stay their again. Going thru renovations and its a mess. Their concierge service is ridiculous. Never came to clean the room on the first day until we called. The next day, we did not have any fresh towels or soap. We did have plenty of Free Water. The restaurant was closed three days due to rain. apparently they cannot accomodate guests during their renovations. On the last day, we were sent to a different hotel for dinner due to the rains and had a LOVELY VIEW of the lobby... OH and then our wakeup call never came, THEY called the wrong room..DOH! Then while checking out,, we were supposed to have breakfast included.. NOBODY TOLD US<, I dont think the price was worth it.

  Least helpful concierge i ever encountered. asking for recommendations usually entails more than "yes" or "no" responses. being summoned out of bed after 10pm to appear at the front desk ...

  LEAST HELPFUL CONCIERGE I EVER ENCOUNTERED. ASKING FOR RECOMMENDATIONS USUALLY ENTAILS MORE THAN "YES" OR "NO" RESPONSES. BEING SUMMONED OUT OF BED AFTER 10PM TO APPEAR AT THE FRONT DESK TO CLARIFY A CREDIT CARD IS STUPIFYING. PARTICULARLLY WHEN IT 'S A CASE OF THE DESK TRANSPOSING NUMBERS! SINGLE MOST PRETENTIOS DINING ROOM I'VE EVER BEEN IN. INCOMPETANT STAFF SUPPORTED BY THE MOST OVERPRICED MEAL I EVER HAD. STAY AWAY!!!

  Had a room in the Lodge, very nice, not large but nice. Bathroom was small by modern hotel standards. Patio but no view from first floor and active driveway beyond solid fence. Evening wine tasting a nice touch (with beer also). Had dinner and breakfast in the resaurant, both were very nice, service was good, view over looking creek was great. Too cool for creekside dining while we were there.Difficult uphill walk to Main Street, Sedona. However, staff is happy to drive you up.Did not see what cabins were like. Would stay again but request 2nd floor room with balcony rather than patio. Lodge had a nice bed & breakfast feel to it.

  We booked a room in the lodge and were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a cabin on arrival. The cabins are spacious and well appointed. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. We couldn't have been more pleased with the resort and the town and are already planning a return visit.
