  We got a "non-smoking" room that had been smoked in a lot. (room 313). we complained and were offered an air freshener. the sheet was too small and didn' ...

  We got a "non-smoking" room that had been smoked in a lot. (Room 313). We complained and were offered an air freshener. The sheet was too small and didn't stay on the bed. We were able however to avoid the toothpaste stains on the couch, but the only treadmill in the exercise room was broken and unable to be fixed. The apples offered for fruit at the very limited continental breakfast were most likely last year's. Clearly not 3 star service.
