This was the worst place I have ever stayed. It took 4 phone calls and finally we had to personally go down there to request towels. Mannerism of the host and house keeping needs changed. There is no bar or restaurant, the swimming pool is non existent.

Great access to highways. Fast food readily available. Asked for additional towels and they were there in minutes. I was very satisfied with the hotel. Not real fancy, but the price is right !! Will stay again in the future.

Everything you read about this hotel is a lie. this is the worst place to stay ever. It was very dirty and the smell was very bad. I thought we was going to died on the elevators because it started shaking and flickering numbers and didn't want to stop on our floors. Then we got locked out of our room the very first night. The people who stayed there looked trashy. There was no restaurant like they said on their websit. To make matters worst travelocity charge us double and when I called them they claim that they did no such thing. But I'm looking at my account and see to charges from them.So we could not get the money back until Monday since this happen over the weekend. So I will not recommend this place to anyone.

My fiance and I were there for a weekend get away, and to see the Kansas City Chiefs play. We absolutely love this hotel, great rooms, huge beds, beautiful lake, and great location. It's minutes from casinos, restaurants, and downtown. We definately recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to relax and get away.

The hotel is great, very comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is located very close to freeways and at only minutes from Down Town KC and from the airport, the only downfall is that the area where it is locate is an industrial area.
