  Not the best area, but not the worst part of Shreveport either. Right off the interstate for easy access to downtown Shreveport. The staff were pleasant. The room was nice and neat, clean, although the building is a bit old/may need some remodeling. We didn't use the pool, but there were many people enjoying it and it looked OK. Would definately stay there again.

  upon uor arrival the lady behind the desk had an attitude because we were a few minutes before check in time. not a good location, but the room was very clean and comfortable. the bottom sheets were flat sheets not fitted but other than that everything worked well and was worth the money.

  I stayed here on a business trip and just needed a place to sleep. The room smelled bad, and everything in it was dated and worn out. I almost went back to the front desk to ask for a refund. I would not stay here again.

  This was the worst place i have ever stayed. it was just plain nasty. we got smokey towels in a no smoking room. the employees were rude and uncaring.
