This is a great place to stay. Close to the beach, clean and friendly. Don't expect luxury and you won't be disappointed. It's a motel - not the Ritz. Thoroughly recommend it. Massachusetts

Listen People, I cannot understand why so many people left rave reviews for this place. Maybe they are just interested in the friendly owners, employees. I personally am not there for a social hour. I planned on staying for 2 nights but ran out the door after the first evening. They put us on the 3rd floor with NO ELEVATORS. The room was like an OVEN and we were assured it would cool off because they just turned on the a/c. We went to Miami to visit a friend and returned 6.5 hours later and the room was still warm. The a/c was blowing cold but we found out that they have jalousie windows that DO NOT CLOSE hidden behind the large curtain in the living room area. The bathroom window was open 1 inch and would NOT CLOSE. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaked everytime you turned over. It was late when we got back and we were so tired that I had no energy to COMPLAIN. We moved our beds (shoved them across the room) so they were right under the a/c so we could feel a small draft. Do not stay here. Yes, people were friendly but that's all. The parking area stinks and very tight fit if you don't know how to park well. The price was good, but unless you like sweating, DO NOT STAY HERE.....This place needs major fix-up with small affordable repairs that's why I couldn't understand why the minor repairs were not done. Obviously the owners are there just to rake in the money from vacationers. You were warned!!!

My husband did not know what to expect from the price but we were pleasantly surprised. it is not fancy but we like that. The beach was not a minute from the bottom of the stairs. The family that owns the Hotel was very welcoming. They also had internet and videos at no charge to the guest. There was a TV and a VCR in every room. Not that you spend much time in there with everything that is available around. We also felt very safe the police are always around. The area is also very clean and there are plenty of places to eat and shop just a quick Trolly down the road.

The staff who runs this place makes it unique! Very helpful and always with a smile on their face. I enjoyed every single day of this experience, specially the free Internet, the pool, and its insignificant distance to the beach. I also had an efficiency with a useful kitchenette and huge tv. Premiere is like staying home away from home. Muchas gracias!!!
