This hotel was not the greatest price was terrible for what we go. The hotel stunk and was not that clean. The people there was not very nice and the breakfast was terrible. The people working the breakfast just stood around and talked very loudly, did not wipe tables off, didn't keep coffee up, food was stale and bad. It must be a hub for the Greyhound workers or some kind of tranportation workers which is fine, but they knew each other and was very loud. I was woke up at 6am to very loud people yelling good morning to each other down the hall. I am all for being friendly but they were not respectful of others. I spent to much to stay here. The only thing I can say that was good was the transport to the T.

Wet and dirty Halls, Outdated and nasty rooms, TV was outdated and couldn't get a clear picture,Unsafe-I was handed a note with my room key to remove any valuables from my car and to be sure and remove the mark on the windshield that a GPS would leave after removing-almost comical. Thank goodness I was traveling on business without my family. There is nothing but run down business' in the area, no decent places to eat or shop. For almost ***.** a night I expect a decent stay that far away from the city. I thought Ramada was a semi respectable name in the hotel business but I feel differently now. Spend the extra **.** or so and stay downtown where there is plenty of good food and beautiful sights. I will never return to this hotel, the worst I have ever stayed at to date.

I stayed and I must say the experience was horrible. On Feb 25 '09 the night was pretty cold in Boston and our room was freezing because the heating was very bad, it kept on blowing but it was cold air. The whole night me and my wife couldn't sleep due to the room temperature. Our next day in Boston was shortened because we were very tired. The magnetic key and room door knob was hard to access. The bed was sinking in the middle because it was too soft, very uncomfortable. I would never go back.

The picutres this hotel uses get customers to stay is a bit deceiving. The room was outdated and stunk. Just nasty! Nothing is within walking distance and it takes time to get to the subway. The staff wasn't that friendly and it seemed to bother them when you had questions or needed assistance. I would stay somewhere else. Not worth the money!

We stayed at this hotel for one night only. I specifically chose this hotel because of its complementary shuttle service. The shuttle bus driver picked us up from JFK station and brought us to the hotel. I must say that for the money I paid I was expecting a much nicer room. It was not dirty but it was a little old. The complementary breakfast was great. And the shuttle bu is very reliable.
