This hotel is located off of the main street running through Lincoln, Ne. The room was clean and the furnishings were nice. However, --- someone had busted the door down previously. It had not been prepared correctly --- thus, the door jam was out of alignment and the lock would hardly catch in the door jam. Furthermore, the deadbolt lock was not able to locked. Needless to say the security of staying in this hotel is questionable. In addition, they have satellite TV and I was unable to get the TV to pick up the input signal. When I said something to the clerk on check out, it was a nonresponse. He finished the transaction and said ""You are done"". I will not be returning to this hotel again.

We were in town for a family medical emergency. The room they gave me had been made up, however all the dirty towels/sheets were still in piles on the bed and in the bathroom and the room was not vacuumed. The second room they gave me had several pieces of silver ware stuck in the garbage disposal, the disposal stunk, the door leaked cold air, the sound insulation was horrible, and the room was not clean. The management would not give me another room as they were sold out and did not offer any discount for the troubles. Very frustrating and I may not return.

The rooms appear to be recently remodeled and VERY clean. Plenty of extra pillows and bedding which was fresh and inviting.
Pet friendly.
Fully stocked kitchen with dishes and utencils for a longer stay. Includes coffee pot/coffee ;-)
Very nice breakfast (included) off lobby.
Would definately stay again. -

It is an older facility, however they have obviously done quite a bit of renovation and the renovation appears to be ongoing.
Room was nice and quiet. Because it is off the street a bit, there was no outside noise at all.
If you are looking for something in-town and away from the highways, it is very nice.
Location includes close proximity to a nice mall, many restaurants, grocery, etc.
Away from downtown, the stadium and university, however with good access to those activities.
Try Grisantes for excellent Italian food. Just across the street.
LIncoln people are very friendly.
