I can't even believe it. I was nervous paying less than $100/night with all they were offering including free airport shuttle, etc. I was blown away. Top notch, modern, classy, amazing service. How is it possible? This was the best service I've received in the US including $800/night hotels! Even the food was great and at low prices. They've got to be losing money. Even the shuttle drivers would take me on special trips for free to my business conference, free transportation to and from the mall. Just call them and the guy shows up 10 mins later. They will do anything for their guests. This is a model for hotels around the country. You don't have to pay a ton of money for great service and great amenities. The bed was super comfortable and with like six pillows. Business room had very fast internet and free printing. Great gym. Wow - I don't know what to say. I will never stay anywhere else in Minnesota. Please build more of these around the US! As someone who stays in hotels every couple of weeks I wish you were everywhere. I have not one single negative thing to say.

The cost was not great. The front desk service was good. However we found the room to be dark and depressing. The room is long and narrow making even its generous amount of square footage to feel cramped. A room partition caused much of the space to be without exposure to natural light, adding to the overall feel of a very uninviting room.

10/08/2009We booked a very nice suite at an excellent price. the evening receptionist was fairly rude and of little help.she also tried to put us in a cheaper room... ...
We booked a very nice suite at an excellent price. The evening receptionist was fairly rude and of little help.She also tried to put us in a cheaper room...however I showed her our reservation that specified we were actually booked into a full suite. Once we were settled in we were quite pleased with the accomadations. Parking was plentiful, facility was clean and well kept including pool and lobby. Did not use dining room or bar -but both closed too early &10pm or we probably would have.
