  If you think all the hotels on the plaza are nice, think again. This one had smelly hallways, dirty carpet in the room, nasty toilet. No amenities. The lobby was dirty and worn.

  Booked two roms.
  check-in was quick and trouble free. minimal staff on site (desk clerk and house-keeping only), more helpful during the daytime than at night.

  Booked two roms.
  Check-in was quick and trouble free. Minimal staff on site (desk clerk and house-keeping only), more helpful during the daytime than at night.
  Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Hotel was very quiet at night. Parking area is close to building, safe, well lit, clean, well maintained.
  Kitchenette was very clean (especially sink and refrigerator). Dishes and cooking utensils were provided in room.
  No amenities on site, but safe waliking distance to museums and shopping district.
  Problems:
  One room: closet doors (which also serve as mirrors) missing, and shower curtain had mildew stains.
  Second room: TV remote missing. Telephone ringer apparently not working.

  Well located within walking distance to great shopping and dining. Don't expect the Ritz. No pool, no breakfast, limited rmaid service. Staff was very nice, hotel was clean and well lighted at night.
