DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed for three days and on my second day, I returned to the hotel in the evening and ALL OF MY THINGS WERE GONE. No luggage, no clothes, no toiletries, no cell phone charger. Everything was gone!!! I am a business traveler and have stayed in hotels in 40 countries. I have NEVER had an experience like this one. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This was the best service I have ever recieved in a hotel. From the front desk to the maintence guy in the hall offering his help. We could not have been happier. Stay was 3 days the room was good. I've had better rooms,but I've had much worse. The staff totally made the difference.

Very friendly staff is the best news. The bad news is the WiFi goes out at random intervals several times per hour. Business Center closed while we are here. A safety issue: the first-floor end door is un-locked 24/7 (broken), so anybody can enter at any time. Remains broken 2 days after I reported to front desk. Sketchy folks in parking lot after dark, including at least one panhandler, make this a real concern, especially since I am staying with my 17-year old daughter. Breakfast buffet is not free, but is very good. Again, staff at buffet good and very friendly and attentive. Room is very ordinary, but we knew that going in, not a surprise. Rates reasonable. Location is very convenient to many restaurants and is one minute from Governor's Square Mall, at which a shuttle goes to Capitol (5 minutes) when Legislature is meeting.

I am amazed that there are positive reviews about this hotel. My room was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. Filthy tub and floor. Vanity chipped. Shower curtain smelled moldy. Sheets and blankets were thin and old, looked like bed had been slept in. A big dirty handprint on the filthy curtains. I planned to stay 3 nights, but I couldn't take it after 1 - couldn't wait to get out of there. Business center had no computers in it.

I am amazed that there are positive reviews about this hotel. My room was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. Filthy tub and floor. Vanity chipped. Shower curtain smelled moldy. Sheets and blankets were thin and old, looked like bed had been slept in. A big dirty handprint on the filthy curtains. I planned to stay 3 nights, but I couldn't take it after 1 - couldn't wait to get out of there. Business center had no computers in it.
