    The on site lounge and rest.closed and a $ non refundable chage for a 10.lb pooch was robbery! that was more than the room!

    Everything is great about this hotel. Clean, friendly, comfortable, great value for the money, lobby internet access, and a fabulous buffet breakfast provided. The nearest restaurant is a joke as it keeps bakers hours and is not convenient despite being a hop, skip, and a jump from the hotel. However, the hotel itself serves up an awesone breafast but no other meals.

    Unfortunately the weather was so bad no flights were going. The staff who were able to come to work went beyond their call of duty. The van driver of the airport shuttle was helping housekeeping make beds between runs. The girl at the front desk had a 14 hour workday and never lost her smile. The beds were comfy and even though we received no housekeeping when we were laid over unepectedly for another day I honestly can't complain because the staff were obviously prioritizing and improvising the best they could.
