  This was a very conveniently located hotel for business travelers in downtown Louisville. Easy access to the airport, and major roads; the only drawback was the overhead aircraft approaching this nearby airport. If outside noise bothers the traveler (not me) - earplugs might be a good idea at night. Otherwise - great stay at this establishment.

  Don't stay here and don't book through the travel website. I tried to check in, was informed that the hotel didn't have my reservations. I was then sent to their sister hotel across the street, and received the same response. From there, I was sent back to the Executive West. I was then informed that my reservation was not in the system, though I had all the confirmation numbers. After two hours of this debacle, I was apologized to, informed that my room rate was being refunded, and being upgraded to a suite,I was finally checked in. The room was a nightmare..dirty, stained, filthy bathroom, leaky ceiling...the works. Also, there is ZERO parking at this facilty. When I checked out after my stay,I was once again told the room rate would be refunded. It has been two months, and after various promises from the hotel and from Travelocity, I have yet to receive the refund. Thanks a lot for ruining my mother's birthday!!!

  Do not stay here! the other reviews must be false because there was mold on the walls and the ac unit was broken in the room we payed to ""upgrade"" ...

  Do not stay here! The other reviews must be false because there was mold on the walls and the AC unit was broken in the room we payed to ""upgrade"" to! Stay anywhere else for your own sanity!

  We payed around * for two nights. when we arrived they said we would have to stay in a rom with two double beds unless we upgraded. we payed another 50 ...

  We payed around * for two nights. When we arrived they said we would have to stay in a rom with two double beds unless we upgraded. We payed another 50 to upgrade and the room had broken A/C and mold on the walls. We'll NEVER stay there again!
