  i stayed at this hotel with my daughter. she was taking her nclex test and we needed enough space. this hotel was great. we each had a bedroom. she had the internet and I could watch tv while she studied. the rooms were very clean. the beds were soo confortable. we both slept great. yes there is a train but it is far enough away so it didnt wake us up once. the staff was excellent and helped with everything we needed. we was able to go for dinner and bring home a snack to fix around midnite. they gave us a later check out so my daughter could still study. Amber, Sara and Megan helped us with so much. My daughter was a bundle of neves about her test and all their help was greatly appreciated so she could spend her time studying. The breakfast is called a grab and go and yes its in the lounge but its what its called, grab and take it with you. they offered so many good choices. the cinnamon muffins were excellent. I would suggest this hotel to anyone and would love to go back. The price was more the fair.

  Arrived having booked a one bedroom. Hotel staff argued with me that it should have been a Studio. It took 9 phone calls, and two faxes from online travel website, over two days before they moved me in the room booked. No apology for the screw up, completely mismanaged hotel. I delt with three different check-in staff, all none caring attitudes. They believe the customer is wrong in all area. Breakfast room is two chairs by the check-in. Save yourself the effort, don't book this hotel!

  Very noise people above us. hotel manager would not tell them to be quiet. not to mention it is very close to railroad tracks.
