Overall very satisfied, except they have see-through curtains on the ground floor windows facing the very busy pool and bar area. They need to be changed on at least those windows, probably others. Presently you have to change clothes in a very tiny, damp, toilet/shower stall size space.

We stayed at this hotel for seven nights, with three chldren during the last week of June 2009. During our stay we experienced friendliness by the staff, willingness to help, and pleasant personell. All staff greeted us, smiled when they talked to you, looked up an address or phone number of a business if you wanted to go someplace, or needed help with directions. If you voiced a concern, it was taken seriously, followed through on, and asked if things worked out, they were genuinely concerned for the comfort of the guest. The breakfast was awsome, if you can't find something you liked to eat, you aren't looking. The cookout, and evening gatherings were a welcome outlet after a return from busy days being out and about. I would highly recommend this hotel, I can't say enough good things about it. When you stay in a suite, as is customary in many hotels, cleaning is not done on a daily basis. We did have our garbage removed daily, without having to ask. Also, the free laundry service is totally rewarding, especially with six people in my group. Without getting too wordy, you will not be disappointed. My thanks, and gratitude to the entire staff, and personell at the Naples Staybridge.

we stayed for two weeks and enjoyed ourselves. The pool was cold a few days. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. Big selection for breakfast and the evening hors dorves were more a meal and free drinks(Tuesday-Thursday) Was inconvenient getting in and out of the hotel because not at a intersection and lots of traffic. It was nice having a little kitchen. I would definitely come back and am looking forward to it.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, offered us a choice of room locations. (pool view on lower floor versus parking lot view but on Higher floor). Great Room and Pool Area were very clean, well decorated and very functional. Breakfast Buffet and Evening Get Togethers were a great way to meet other families, find hotel pool "friends" for kids, and help reduce family food costs in this otherwise expensive city. Owner took personal interest in hotel conditions, "checking up" on things each evening. Kitchenette in room was in very good condition and appropriately stocked with appliances and utensils, etc. We highly recommend this hotel and plan to return in the future.

The size and amenities of the room were great, but very little houskeeping is done. Staybridge, according to the desk clerk, has a once a week policy of fully cleaning the room. It took several requests to get my room cleaned appropriately. Nice location though
