  As the title says, this is an extended stay hotel. To them that means maid service once a week. New towels once a week. No breakfast on weekends. Even complimentary coffee is replenished once a week. You can go down and ask and they will provide. Very noisy as next to freeway, but most hotels are. Ask for odd numbered room on the back side of the hotel. Elevator was very very slow. Hint of smoke in non-smoking room. Staff sevice was uneven with some having a "don't care" attitude. Acceptably clean, but not outstanding.

  Upon arrival, could not get room swipe card to work 3x. Air conditioning on 3rd floor hallways out. Room was also hot upon arrival, when i asked, they said that that they turn air conditioning controls off to save energy. Took 12 hours to cool room from 87degrees to 70 degrees. Wireless internet was down for my whole stay. Hotel is nice, updated, etc, but needs more prompt maintenance staff or vendors to fix things like air, internet, etc. Also, to save energy they should have air set at 75, where the room isnt unbearable to their guests upon arrival. I would stay here again but I would call hotel directly before booking to make sure everything works and request that they cool my room off before arrival. Austin is hot and humid, must have air conditioning on at all times!

  The room was hot when we got there,did not clean room!!charged my credit card when we paid cash?had to go and ask for clean towels.
