The room was clean, but smaller than we thought it would be. Our flight got in at midnight and the main doors are locked after 11pm (which we were unaware of) we had to knock on the door and call on the outside phone for at least 15 minutes until someone let us in. After confirming our reservation I signed in , but all of our information was completely incorrect. The bed was extremely comfortable, but there were no hangers for our clothes. We never ate the bagel and fruit that was offered though the dining area did seem clean.The location was nice and close to many resturants and shops. The hotel itself was confusing to get to from the main road. If we went to IN again we would probably stay again.

Loved the place! The room was spacious, clean and comfy. It was easy to work in one room while the others watched a movie on the dvd player. It was close to a grocery store, a diverse selection of food and a bank. My only issue was with the dishes in the kitchen area. One of the cups was cracked and the other was stained to the point of no return. However, it was not a big deal. The staff took care of it within 10 minutes so our carry-out was still warm. Well worth the price.

Checked in late, and went to the room, pulled back the sheets and found dirt, hair, and it looked as though the sheets were never changed from previous visitors. We will never be back !!!

ESA NW Indianapolis Inn and Suites
08/02/2007The esa nw indianapolis was very nice and very fair priced, for the evening before a major race at the indianapolis motor speedway.
the suite was clean and neat, ...The ESA NW Indianapolis was very nice and very fair priced, for the evening before a major race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
The suite was clean and neat,and was very close to many fine eating places.
The only draw back was it was a little out of the way and a little difficult to find.
I work at the IMS about 15 days a year and I will try to stay there many more times.
