  First too rooms booked had ants in them and we had to move to different rooms, would have went to another facility, however none in the area had openings. who ...

  First too rooms booked had ants in them and we had to move to different rooms, would have went to another facility, however none in the area had openings. Who ever is in charge of housekeeping is not doing a great job, nothing has been cleaned since we began our stay, floors have not been addressed, no one has even entered the kitchen area as I left a note requesting more coffee, it was even a struggle to get towels when we had used all of the ones we had in the bathroom. Would not recommend.
