Service staff is great, never received a no for an answer and got help everytime we needed it. Perfect location, very close to the Galleria in a ver nice neighborhood. Will need a car though (will be needed mostly anywhere because of the city size) but if you don't have a car the hotel will provide free transportation anywhere within 3 miles. The only downsides: Parking is a bit expensive ($*USD per day for guests) & our room minibar made a lot of noise. Great value for money, would stay again anytime.

I have to say that this was one of my worst experiences. When you leave a hotel and the only good experience you had was the valet parking and the room service something is wrong. The house keeping during our stay was pretty much nothing. Seems they have no idea what it takes to clean a room, such as removing trash and replacing towels and wash clothes with clean ones. Even after mentioning it to the front desk the problems house keeping still failed to clean the room and provide fresh towels. The room looked like a make shift suite with the bathroom of the living area not off the bedroom. Looked allot like a upscale motel room is all. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a really nice hotel. Our room was nice. The water in the bathtub/shower ran out very slow. You could not use the shower back to back because of that problam. This hotel is close to the galleria. There are nice restuarants close by. Nice location. Parking is $ self park and $ valet per day. We will stay there again.

The room itself was OK and was clean. The beds were comfortable. My room was on the west side of the building with an alley outside (on the 6th floor). Twice during my visit the garbage truck came through at 2 AM and slammed the garbage bins very loudly. The sound proofing of the room was minimal.

This was my second stay in conjunction with the International Quilt Convention held annually at the George Bush Convention Center which is attached to the Hotel. Very convenient and hassel free. The Skyline Club restaurant was very good....a little over priced. We had reservatins at Spencers but it was cancelled because the kitchen exhaust was not operating. We had dinner at the Lobby Lounge where the burger was great. Same time next year.
