  I stayed with my kids on a weekend in July and had a great time. The location is right across from the Mall. They have a really nice swimming pool and hot tub. The kids had a great time swimming and of course, we love the cookies. The staff was nice enough to give the kids extra cookies anytime they asked. We only used the restaurant for breakfast - it was very good. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone that wants to stay in the Galleria. The suites do have full kitchens so you can sut down on expenses by eating in. I'll definatley return.

  I stayed with my kids on a weekend in July and had a great time. The location is right across from the Mall. They have a really nice swimming pool and hot tub. The kids had a great time swimming and of course, we love the cookies. The staff was nice enough to give the kids extra cookies anytime they asked.   I could not use the safe... the coffee pot did not work... only one of the 3 phones worked. For the most part the staff was very helpful, with the exception of the doormen.... The hotel was not dirty, how ever I felt it should have been tidier...

  It had been quite awhile since I'd been to the property and I love the new guest rooms--they're very modern and have great colors. Suite is very spacious and has lots of little extra touches--especially the bathroom! Food in meeting room and restaurant was always creative and tasty. This is one of the best hotels near the Galleria!

  The hotel was beautiful and the room was spacious. We got more than our money's worth at the Double Tree. The staff is excpetional and made our stay very comfortable. The bed is amazing.
