The hotel and it's rooms are clean. It is near airport. One has to pay for everything, from parking, t.v., internet and breakfast. Rooms do not have frigs or microwave ovens. maid knocked at my door even though I had the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door. Pool was not available.

This is a nice hotel however....watch out for hidden items. The parking at the hotel will run you $18.00 to $22.00 a night which I was not told ahead of time. I live in the SF bay area and could have taken other means into the area. The hideaway is only $11.01 per night. I checked out of the hotel using my ATM/Visa card. They got their confimation numbers at that time that the debit went through but what they don't tell you is that they will charge all the charges twice to your bank account, with one set of them being on a 72 hour hold. This means that they drop off in 72 hours but the money is taken out of your balance until then. Make sure that what you spend there you can afford twice! I unfortunately was running my balance low and had no idea to these charges until surprises hit my bank account from my bank the following week. If they would have told me, I would have had everything taken care of. When I called their accounting dept., they could not give me a clear reason why this happened. It is also evident that they do not spray the rooms for fleas, since they allow animals to stay there at extra fees. My group of 6 all had at least 6 bites each. I have animals myself but I take care of their flea and tick issues.

pay extra for everything even the parking, old rooms

I stayed here for 3 nights on a recent visit and the hotel charged extra for everything including the parking ($18 per night) and shuttle. The room and bathroom doors are squeaky and falling apart. The room was either too hot or too cold. The cleaning service didnt arrive until evening the next day. The quality of the room was not worth the amount I paid for it. Only a few things were within walking distance, therefore a rental car was necessary.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and ""yes"" they do charge for parking but the overall accommodations are excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is good, and most of the time the front desk staff is congenial and helpful. Out of a ""five"" possible I would rate them a consistent ""4"". Cons: They used to have a business center where you could print off your boarding passes. Now its all done in the lobby at a computer set up. So accordingly if you didn't bring your laptop, you do not have an accessible computer on site. There have also been a couple occasions when the front desk staff have been less than congenial but it is not the rule. Pros: If your room is as important to you as mine is to me, you'll really like the accommodations.
