  This is a very nice place to stay, very close to anything you want to see in Charlotte! My son loves the pool & the evening snacks. My husband likes the free drinks & the hot breakfast choices. Our room was on the end this visit, so it was quiet, but rooms next to the elevator/ice machine get a lot of traffic.Problems- we were there for 2 nights and we had to ask for our trash to be emptied and for clean towels. Also, there is only 1 computer available for public use, so often I had to wait to use it.

  This was one of the better hotels i have stayed out very clean and loved the free breakfast. will definitely book here again!

  Our first visit. the room and furnishings were very nice. continental breakfast was excellent and varied. evening snacks were a pleasant surprise for the kids.
