Spent 5 nights here. Its a good hotel. The rooms are typical 90's hotel rooms, with small bathrooms, but the staff was friendly, it was clean. Has a nice pool, hot tub and is close to some shopping and restaurants. I'd stay here again.

This is where I plan to stay any time I'm in the Denver area. The room was expansive and comfortable. The staff was efficient and hospitable. Warm chocolate chip cookies whenever the mood strikes you. The pool was crystal clear and the hot tub appeared to be in the same pristine condition. (The twenty inches of snow that fell during my visit kept this feint hearted travel from trying it out.) The varied dining experiences were wonderful. The location was perfect for my needs.

My 12 year old son and I stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The room was spacious, and the beds were VERY comfortable. We had room service one night, and it arrived promptly. The staff members I dealt with were competent and friendly. The only problem I had was that the clerk who checked me in forgot to give me my $25 Food and Beverage credit (earned by booking through Travel online). But she quickly realized her mistake and sent the credit plus a coupon for a free in-room movie rental up to our room. The hotel is located off a major thoroughfare, with standard businesses and restaurants nearby. The hotel also has a very nice, large indoor pool and an outdoor hottub. Overall, we had a great stay: a luxury hotel at the price of many less luxurious chains.

The hotel building was very nice and clean. The room was wonderful and very comfortable, and had a spectacular view of the mountains and skyscrapers in downtown Denver. Also, the room service was great. However, the staff was not able to answer one question about how to get anywhere, besides going by taxi. We did not find out that the city bus came right by the hotel until the last day we were there, because we happened to see the bus go by when we looked out our hotel window. We spent around $100 for taxis when we could've taken the city bus for $2 a person, making it only about $20 total we should've spent. I am very disappointed that the hotel staff did not inform us about how easy it was to catch the bus and that they didn't tell us the cheapest way to get around. I won't be staying at this hotel, in particular, again.
