  We paid $ dollars for a honeymoon suite. It was not what we paid for!! To start, we couldn't check in until 3:00 p.m. The shower was covered in mold!!! I rubbed it with a rag and it was black! The jacuzzi was cracked and the jets didn't work, the jacuzzi inside lights were exposed and I thought I was going to get shocked. The beds were highly uncomfortable. I could never tell if the A/C ever turned on or not. Some of lamps did not turn on. When I complained (4 times in a row, ever online) the service was abysmal, they were roundabout and said there was no way we could get our money back even we checked out and left. This was not how I wanted to spend my afternoon while on vacation. It was a ridiculous NIGHTMARE.

  1. They gave strangers keys to our room. 2. Housekeeping skipped us. 3. The desk failed to send housekeeping up. 4. Desk made us get our own towels at the desk. 5. Housekeeping woke us with phone calls 4 times first thing in the morning. 6. Owner did not help at all when we discussed the problems on multiple occasions. This hotel was absolutely horrible to stay at.
