Each time I travel on business to our Denver office, I stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Tech Center. Roy (front desk in the a.m.) is always very friendly and goes above and beyond to assure satisfaction. The attendants for the breakfast and manager's reception are wonderful and do an excellent job. The rooms are perfect for extended stays. It is so much better than just a "hotel room". I love the ablility to leave the office and no that I can grab a snack or meal at the grocery store and head to the hotel to fix "what I want" and snuggle in for the night to watch tv, read a book, etc...vs. trying to find a restaurant and eat alone.
If you would rather do the restaurant routine - there are a number within walking distance. The Great Northern Tavern (on Bellevue) is one of my favorites. Panera Bread is really handy too for that "gotta have a snack" attack.
The only problem with this hotel is that it is SO GOOD - I tend to compare others throughout the country to it and they never measure up. Not even other Hamptons.
Thanks to R and the great staff - I love staying here. It's my home away from home. -
Great Hotel
11/06/2006Great hotel in the heart of the denver tech center. many restaurants are within walking distance. all suites have kitchens, some with fireplaces. buffet breakfast was a nice suprise.
