  The room was small and even though we asked for a non-smoking room, they gave us a smoking room and insured us that it was indeed non smoking. When we complained they said that all their rooms were non smoking and that if there is smoke, it's because we're the ones smoking. The toilet kept running all day and night until it finally overflowed and came all the way into the room and soaked all the carpets. The repaired it within the hour but then for the rest of the day, all the sinks and the shower in our room didn't work. The staff was rude, especially the front desk. When we checked in, I specifically asked if all local calls were 'free' and the answer was a 'yes definitely', but upon checking out they wanted us to pay for the calls that we made. They said that numbers to cell phones in the local area are NOT considered 'local calls', wanted to argue it but the boyfriend said just to pay the 10 dollars and let it go.

  Reservations for three double rooms were made 3 1/2 months in advance. We had family arriving to attend graduation at UCF. Upon check-in we were informed that our reservations had been changed to 6 single rooms (1 double bed), without any prior notification.
  After looking at a room, we decided to cancel our reservations altogether and found a MUCH nicer hotel for only a few dollars more per night.
  This is not a hotel you'd feel safe staying at with children. There is no Security and the clientele staying at the hotel seems to be extended stay. The photo shown on the website makes the hotel look much nicer than it really is!! The best thing I can say about this hotel is there is a fabulous "50s" type diner next door.
