This was my first experience with a Doubletree hotel & I was very satisfied. I was treated with courtesy & respect even though I had a change in my reservation which required a 2 night refund. The problem was resolved immediately & professionally. I liked the security presence even though the area was suburban. The room was spacious, clean & updated. The hallway & elevator carpets were worn but no unpleasant odors noticed. Pool was smaller than I expected as was the whirlpool. It was quiet.

The bathroom was spacious with plenty of counter space and the whole room just felt clean.
I spend a lot of time in Columbus and would def. stay here again. Lots of dinner options around the hotel. -

I booked this hotel on online reservation for about half of the regular room rate. This entire property has been recently renovated and they did not cut any corners. The lobby is very appealing and even has a waterfall. The staff was very friendly and helpful during check in and during our stay. When I stepped into the room, I couldn't believe the quality. There is a granite counter top in the bathroom, Kohler fixtures and Neutrogena amenities. The bed was very comfortable, there is a flat screen TV and a great workspace.
This hotel is 1st class all the way! I will be staying here every time I go to Columbus. -
