Well I stayed there last week and I was extremely disappointed that this Extended Stay Deluxe didn't come even close to measuring up to what I expect from ESD. First the bathroom - The water would not stop running on the tub, I'm not talking a slow drip, but closer to a gallon / hour rate. The handle fell off the bathroom door. The toilet paper holder had been broken out of the wall - they didn't patch the existing hole, and only flipped it forward, such that now it's where one's knee's normally are so you're sitting a bit sideways on the toilet to use it. TV's - both had the cable's ripped out of the F connector (what you screw onto the TV) and then just shoved back in. This makes for a very poor connection at best when it you don't have to go up to it and move the cable around to try to get a connection at all. Water - In the middle of the trip the water went out for a couple hours. They appeared to be replacing a broken valve. Hallway to our room - The reason we believe it was a broken valve was the hallway was wet for at least two whole days. Nothing says welcome like walking on soggy carpet. I mean please shop vac that stuff up instead of just tossing out Caution - wet floor signs - which only went up after I complained about the wet floor. The second issue with the hallway was that it reeked of smoke. Our room is a non-smoking room, I shouldn't have to walk a hallway that reeks of smoke to get to my room. Bug bites - My wife and son woke up with bug bites on their bodies.

The trashcans in the room was not even emptied there was candy wrappers stuck underneath the recliner. But the Worst thing was the bed I crawled into along with my infant son was pissed in before anyone climbed into the bed. The blankets were made up nice and you could not tell that the bed was pissed in until you climbed in. The comforter was dry but the sheets were soaked along with the blanket near the sheet from my shoulder down to my knees. They gave my family another room and this one was even filthier than the last. The trashcan had not been emptied in weeks. There was green Mac & Cheese in it. The beds fortunately were clean. We were too tired to change rooms again being that it was 11:00pm at night with 2 small children. We have yet to see the free night stay that was promised to us from this hotel for our nightmarish stay.

Clean room, great price. Very quiet, I didn't hear any of the other guests all night. I also especially liked that the windows actually open. I love having fresh air. Had free airport shuttle. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was finding it...the hotel is tucked away.

I booked the hotel based on rave reviews from travelers! Their expectations must be different from mine. The no-smoking floor reaked of smoke and cooking food. The air conditioner should be sprayed with Lysol before every stay to freshen and cleanse the musty room. The shower walls permeated with mildew and mold and the tub faucet could fill a 5-gallon bucket quickly with the leak. For two quick night I could tolerate but will never recommend.
