  Staff was extremely friendly and helpful...very attentive. housekeeping during our stay was zero but room was clean upon arrival and linens were crisp and clean. pool area was clean ...

  Staff was extremely friendly and helpful...very attentive. Housekeeping during our stay was zero but room was clean upon arrival and linens were crisp and clean. Pool area was clean and comfortable. Very close to International Plaza...walking distance. Never.. saw any bugs or anything gross in either of our rooms. Would stay again for good rate.

  The rooms were dirty the overall place is not a place to bring kids. the pool was dirty, we had (roches) in the room, not a good stay at all.

  This place is a dump. the rooms are tiny and poorly designed; the walls are so thin you can hear snoring in the next room; the cleaning service is spotty; ...

  This place is a dump. The rooms are tiny and poorly designed; the walls are so thin you can hear snoring in the next room; the cleaning service is spotty; the free breakfast is about the worst I've seen; there is no restaurant; and it's hidden behind a strip club. The only thing that can be said for it is that it's across the street from a Starbucks and Ruth's Chris steakhouse.

  This is a very clean and comfortable hotel, and i would not hesitate to stay here again.

  We checked in without looking at our room. the room was not clean and it smelled like a dog. the hallways even smelled. there were pieces of dog bones on ...

  We checked in without looking at our room. The room was not clean and it smelled like a dog. The hallways even smelled. There were pieces of dog bones on the floor of our room. It was supposed to be located behind Houlihans Restaurant but it is a strip club. We ended up checking out the same day.
