GREAT EXPERIENCE - We were very pleased with everything regarding this hotel. Good price for the room. FRIENDLY STAFF- Very pleasant & informative. I was very impressed with the front desk staff. CLEANLINESS - Most importantly, room was very clean. Appreciated the pool being open late as we promised our kids a swim and arrived later than expected. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel and we especially appreciated the refrigerator in the room. I will definitely recommend it to others or go back again.

this Quality inn was probably the CLEANIST hotel i've stayed in,even the bathroom was spotless,the rooms are well equipped and I stayed in a king size room it had a sofa sleeper which makes the room feel very spacious,not crowded like most hotels they have a typical hotel breakfast with ceral,bagel that sorda thing but for the price you cant complain..the check in and out service is very fast and convenient they are very polite and helpful during both.I travel in and around the knoxville area quiet often and havent stayed at a hotel this nice in that area it's by far the best!

We stayed at this hotel on a roadtrip from New Jersey to Texas. We didn't get to the hotel until late in the evening and even at the late hour the front desk staff was pleasant, accomodating, and prompt. The area had about two or three restaurants that were very close by and accomodating. Our room was perfect and very comfortable, everything was clean and neat (including the bathroom). The bed was great considering our last hotel was crap. The continental breakfast was typical of a hotel breakfast. The offered cereal, milk, juice, danish and toast. The eating area was cramped but overall a good experience. I met the hotel manager and his family. He was very polite and friendly. I would stay again.
