  The room was comfortable. Great shower head! Front desk staff efficient and pleasant. Continental breakfast was very complete, and included everything from cereal and yogurt to bacon and scrambled eggs. Staff kept careful watch over the breakfast and refilled items as needed. Plenty of tables available, with comfortable seating for about 40 in the breakfast room. Near Sandia Tramway and National Atomic Museum.

  Rooms were spacious, attractive and clean! The staff was gracious and made us feel welcome. Was there for a family reunion and the other members of my family staying there had only good things to say as well. Will definitely stay there again!

  At check in a customer needed room card reset. pool is indoors next to rooms. don't request next to pool. felt like we couldn't make noise = no fun. ...

  At check in a customer needed room card reset. Pool is indoors next to rooms. Don't request next to pool. Felt like we couldn't make noise = no fun. Room key ""demagentized"" , sitting by my door for 15mins w/ my 2 year old because the door card, which worked earlier but not work this time. Thanks to the patrol guard we finally got into the room. At check when I told the staff about the problems she matter of factly told me the man that just checked out had been sent to a room already occupied. Can you BELIEVE IT. Won't be staying here again. Bad for the Holiday Inn Image :(

  Checked in with a very helpfull and friendly lady! the room is much b etter than other places we have stayed with. easy to find your way in and out.

  Not sure what it takes to obtain a 3 Diamond ratings but I'm guessing not much. The beds were fine but too many little things were broken or in need of repair. Sink blew water sideways, bath fan sounded like it was coming through the cieling, no elevator, lights out in the stairway, etc
