Staying at the "Quality" Inn was an awful experience. We arrived and our key card to get in the room did not work. When we got into the room we were extremely disgusted: we found body hair stuck in the comforter on one of the beds, the beds were extremely hard, the bath towels that had hair in them that was not ours, the floor was disgusting and turned the bottoms of white socks black and the room was just dirty in general, as was the rest of the hotel. Unfortunately we arrived late at night so it was too late to get a different hotel as most of the hotels in the area were booked up. When we complained the next day, our complaints were not met sympathetically and there was no discount for the night we stayed, which is common practice at other hotels. They did, however, not charge us for the second night we had booked. The price is not worth the stay---there are cleaner motels with more professional staff.

Super friendly staff. Room was dated, wallpaper torn, thin towels etc. Beds clean and comfortable. Vending machine was broken and allowed you to buy but not get to your purchase. We were told the machine on the 3rd floor worked but why no sign on the broken machine?!? We requested a king and received two queens. Room was directly across from the laundry room. Not a big deal and we didn't complain, just an FYI to be aware. The motel met our needs for a one night stay on our trip but definitely not a must return to place.

After the first night I had bites on my lower back... but I thought maybe they were mosquito bites or something from being outside that day. Second night, had itchy red all over my arms, shoulders and hands! Breakfast was also disappointing... toaster waffles, sugary stuff, burnt coffee and no yogurt. Will never stay there again.

Two nights at the Quality Inn in Allentown and I'm covered in horribly itchy, red & swollen bed bug bites. Breakfast was sugary and coffee was thin and burnt tasting. Daytime cleaning staff were smoking in the halls. Best part of our stay was proximity to my Grandmother's nursing home... next time I'll drive further and hopefully find a bedbug free hotel.
